OVRVEW (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit ovrvew.com or request a demo, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
When you submit our demo request form we collect: name, email address, and any details you choose to share in the message field. When you browse the site we collect standard server log data (IP address, user agent, referrer, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
If you use OVRVEW as a customer, our platform processes camera and operational data inside your environment. That product data is governed by your contract and our Data Processing Addendum, not by this policy.
3. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries
- To send relevant product updates if you opt in
- To improve our website and content
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers strictly necessary to operate the site and CRM (e.g. email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements; and (b) authorities when legally required.
5. Data retention
We keep demo request data for as long as you remain a prospect or customer. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ovrvew.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights contact privacy@ovrvew.com.
7. Security
We protect personal data with industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and routine security reviews. We undergo annual SOC 2 Type II audits.
8. Children
OVRVEW is a B2B product and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
